This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid features of Dream Wisdom, including any future mobile application (“App”) and paid services offered on the website or in the App.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Free Features
Core features of the Dream Wisdom website (dream dictionary, personal interpretation tool, blog) are currently free. Free features have no purchase price and therefore no refunds apply.
2. Paid Features and Purchases
Certain features, especially in the mobile App, may be offered as:
- One-time in-app purchases
- Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly, or other periods)
- Premium upgrades or other paid access
All prices are shown clearly before you complete a purchase.
3. How Payments Are Processed
Payments for the mobile App are processed by the relevant app store:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play (Android)
In some cases, payments may also be processed by other third-party payment providers. Their terms and refund policies also apply.
We do not directly process credit card or payment information for App Store or Google Play purchases.
4. Refund Requests
App Store / Google Play Purchases
For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Refunds are primarily handled by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies.
- You can request a refund directly through your Apple ID or Google account.
- Apple and Google review each request and decide whether to grant a refund based on their rules and applicable consumer laws.

Direct Purchases (if any)
If we ever offer paid features purchased directly from us (outside of app stores), refund requests should be sent to us at the contact details below. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
5. When Refunds May Be Available
Refunds may be considered in the following situations (subject to app store rules and applicable law):
- You were charged due to a clear technical error or billing mistake
- You cancelled a subscription within the free trial period (if a trial was offered)
- You are entitled to a refund under the consumer protection laws of your country
- The paid feature was unavailable or significantly defective and we were unable to resolve the issue
6. When Refunds Are Generally Not Available
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- You simply changed your mind after using the paid feature
- You are dissatisfied with the interpretive nature of dream content (the Service is provided for reflection only and does not guarantee specific outcomes)
- You failed to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
- The purchase was made more than the time window allowed by the app store or applicable law
- You violated our Terms of Service
7. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by the app store or law.
- Apple: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Please cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.

We will do our best to assist you and, where appropriate, guide you on how to request a refund through the relevant app store.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will indicate the latest version. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
