It can also signify a clever talker who repeats words without true understanding, or a swaggering man who boasts, shows off, and is driven by arrogance, greed, and an oppressive temperament. At the same time, a parrot may represent intellectual brilliance, such as a philosopher whose child may likewise grow into a thinker or scholar, indicating inherited eloquence and sharpness of mind. A parrot in a dream can also symbolize a lively, eloquent, and attractive woman, or a handsome, articulate, and intelligent boy, as well as a charming foreign woman whose beauty and speech captivate others, combining outward charm with the possibility of vanity, conceit, or moral imbalance depending on the context of the dream.
