In a dream, a perfumery signifies glad tidings, joyful events, harmony, marriages, and the birth of children, as well as gatherings filled with pleasant speech and good reputation. Anointing or perfuming oneself with amber indicates an increase in income through a wealthy acquaintance, a respected figure, or a learned and influential person, and it also points to receiving praise, recognition, and good mention among people. Seeing someone preparing or mixing amber denotes a praiseworthy and skillful individual, such as a builder, architect, or one who brings structure, beauty, and benefit to others. Amber itself represents precious possessions, estates, fertile lands, orchards, and also assemblies of knowledge, wisdom, and refined companionship. The scent of amber symbolizes beneficial winds, movement, or advantages coming from a known direction, bringing ease and opportunity. However, burning amber in a dream carries a negative meaning, indicating involvement in religious innovation, moral corruption, misplacing trust, humiliation, dealing in unlawful or tainted wealth, bribery, manipulation of authority, pursuing selfish interests, or supporting causes that lead to loss of integrity and divine displeasure.
