In a dream, a woman’s necklace or earrings made of pearls signify a gift she receives from her husband. If they are fashioned from silver, they indicate a bodily illness, and if they are made of beads, they point to disappointment caused by friends. A necklace in a dream also symbolizes a woman’s adornment. When a man wears a necklace set with gold, precious stones, or sapphire, it denotes attaining a high position, bearing great responsibility, or carrying out an important task. Wearing a silver necklace adorned with precious gems represents a political appointment accompanied by honor and wealth. A necklace made of iron signifies a political post that will increase one’s power, while one made of copper represents ordinary worldly gains.
