Islamic Interpretation
(Grinder, Press) In a dream, a mill symbolizes a school, a court of law, balance, justice, integrity, benefits, blessings, wealth, food, charity, or marriage. The millstone represents a husband and wife, while the flour produced between the stones signifies semen or offspring. A mill may also indicate distress, hardship, tension, headaches, a flowing stream, or a windmill. Seeing a mill grinding human beings means loss of life and severe trials. If a mill is grinding something inedible, it points to drought and inflation. Abundant flour coming from a mill signifies falling prices or recovery from illness. Grinding lupine, henna, potash, saltwort, salsola kali, jojoba, or marsh mallow seeds indicates purification from sins, overcoming obstacles, settling debts, and healing from sickness.
