Makeup, including cosmetics, henna, kohl, or medicinal preparations, symbolizes in a dream the tools and instruments through which a person earns a living or perfects his craft, pointing to skill, effort, and professional means. It also represents adornment and beautification, whether outward appearance, reputation, or social standing, and may reflect a desire to improve one’s condition or be seen favorably by others. Makeup further signifies wealth and resources, as it is something acquired and used for benefit, as well as children, who are an ornament and joy of life.
