A door knocker seen in a dream symbolizes the doorkeeper, a herald, a courier, a vigilant watchman, a means of protection, or even a guard dog. When the knocker appears made of gold or silver, it points to dignity, honor, and prosperity bestowed upon the household. Seeing two door knockers fixed to one’s door signifies a debt owed to two separate individuals.
