Islamic Interpretation
In a dream, a hallway symbolizes a servant entrusted with directing and organizing the affairs of his master. It may also stand for a doorkeeper, or for a person’s actions and conduct that steer him toward his objective, whether leading to paradise or to the fire. A hallway can further represent one’s grave, as it is a passage toward either heaven or hell, or it may signify the steps of a sick or disabled person. Its lighting, width, and the ease or difficulty of passing through it reflect the eventual outcome.
