Islamic Interpretation
In a dream, a cloak signifies marriage or a wife who bears children. If its exterior is cotton, it reflects the dreamer's sound spiritual state. Generally, a cloak denotes a long life, material success for its wearer, and defense against hardship—whether the chill of winter (poverty), the heat of summer, burdens caused by one's spouse, spiritual condition, religious observance, or it may represent illness, confinement, distress from a woman, or the strain of conflict. If a wife sees herself wearing a cloak lined with dark sable fur, it indicates she will take a lover of corrupt character. (See also Coat)
