(Fortress, Stronghold, Castle) A worthy person who dreams of being inside a splendid citadel will soon be raised to leadership, marry, father a child, acquire property, follow the way of the righteous, or turn to God in repentance. Simply finding oneself within a citadel or fortress foretells ascetic withdrawal from worldly affairs of this world together with increased devotion, firm belief, and avoidance of sin – the reward corresponding to the particular section of the structure in which he stands. Wandering alone in the barren land outside its walls warns that he will be overcome by an adversary. Constructing a citadel or fortress in a dream means safeguarding oneself from enemies, preserving purity, wealth, and person against calamity and disgrace. Demolishing one produces the opposite effect. Standing upon the ramparts signifies receiving timely aid from a brother, a son, or a superior that will preserve one’s life. (Also see Castle, Fortress)
