Encountering an unknown young man whom one dislikes indicates that such an enemy will soon appear and be disliked by others. Liking him in the dream means facing an adversary who is favored and supported by people. If a young man sees himself transformed into an old man, it points to significant losses in life. In most cases, a young man or teenager represents hostility, as youth often disregard counsel, though he may also symbolize deceit, stubborn energy, or, at times, blessings and gratitude.
