Performing the pilgrimage during its proper season in a dream signifies the removal of worries, distress, fear, and hardship. Praying or delivering a sermon in the valley of Mina during the pilgrimage season, when neither the dreamer nor his family is qualified for it, means that someone sharing his name among acquaintances will do so. If that is not possible, it indicates that he may face trials but will become known for good character and righteous deeds. If a learned person sees himself preaching at Mina and people listen attentively, it means he will rise in rank, lead his people, be assigned to manage a project, or assume an administrative role. If he does not complete the sermon or the prayers, it means he will reach such a position but will be removed from it shortly thereafter. (Also see Pilgrimage)
