If one observes them in a favorable condition in a dream, it indicates he will achieve his objectives, whether they be financial gain, knowledge, guidance, or moral integrity. A governor also symbolizes a bone specialist, an architect, mildness, or compliance. Should a governor see himself listening to a plea from a mad person, a fool, a street cleaner, a bread maker, a refuse collector, a servant, a dancer, or a musician, it signifies the governor will yield to the views or counsel of others in his judgments, or perhaps he will favor the aims of certain self-seekers. A governor in a dream also represents a parent who instructs their children in fairness and virtue, and consequently, the child will gain from them, especially if he heeds their guidance.
