In a dream, a thrust signifies becoming involved in a narrow-sighted or poorly considered undertaking, one that lacks foresight or broad perspective. It may indicate entering a close and risky competition, where the outcome is uncertain and the margin for error is small. This vision can also represent engaging in a matter of little significance that nevertheless demands effort, or participating in a project whose path is constricted and whose exit is difficult, limited, or dangerous. In its most serious interpretation, a thrust in a dream may symbolize death, reflecting an abrupt or inescapable end to a situation, or to life itself.
