Intestinal worms seen in a dream symbolize one’s relatives, close family members, or their children, particularly those who depend on the dreamer for sustenance or support. They may represent people who live from one’s earnings or draw benefit from one’s resources, whether openly or quietly. Such a vision can point to family ties, responsibilities, or burdens that are closely connected to one’s livelihood and inner life.
