(Cuff, Reprove, Tap) To lightly strike someone's face in a vision signifies admonishing him, or compelling him to acknowledge a kindness, boasting of one's own magnanimity, or persistently reminding the other of some paltry aid. If one playfully taps another's cheek, it also indicates that the latter is indebted to him in some matter or favor, and the reverse interpretation applies accordingly. Striking someone's face in anger means the one struck will prevail over the striker. To slap someone may also denote acknowledging his precedence or higher status.
