Islamic Interpretation
(Falcon, Hawk) In a dream, a saker falcon represents a son, elevated station, power, or a person of esteem, dignity, and imposing presence from a noble line, though he may act oppressively. If a saker pursues the dreamer, it warns of angering a bold and resolute man who follows through on his word. Seeing a saker without conflict denotes gain, an interpretation shared by most birds or beasts of prey. Possessing a well-trained, obedient hunting saker means acquiring authority, or becoming tyrannical and impious. Owning a disobedient saker that will not hunt foretells a son who will reach maturity and become self-reliant. A saker can also symbolize strength, status, triumph, achieving objectives, hardships, death, imprisonment, bonds, ornamentation, or curbing one's expenditures. A trained saker further represents an eloquent scholar, in contrast to an untamed one in the dream.
