In a dream, a rook symbolizes deception, danger, and illicit gain, and capturing a rook signifies receiving an inheritance or obtaining wealth that comes unexpectedly. It may also indicate a situation in which truth is first presented before a court or jury and rejected, followed by the acceptance of a distorted or false account by a judge, reflecting injustice, manipulation, and the twisting of facts. Moreover, a rook represents highway robbery, ambush, or unlawful seizure, serving as a warning against deceitful dealings, corruption, and profit gained through intimidation or falsehood.
