In a dream, feeling rancour, holding a grudge, or being the target of others’ hatred signifies the attainment of power, elevation in rank, or assuming a position of authority such as governance, where envy and resentment from others naturally arise. At the same time, rancour in a dream serves as a warning symbol, pointing to unlawful or questionable earnings, hidden corruption, or benefit gained through injustice, indicating that resentment and ill feelings may be linked to moral compromise and the harmful consequences of wealth or authority acquired through improper means.
