In a dream, a rainbow symbolizes peace, calm, and the easing of fears after uncertainty, and it may also reflect hopes, illusions, or aspirations that appear beautiful yet fleeting. The dominance of specific colors carries distinct meanings: if red is most apparent, it warns of bloodshed, conflict, or violent events occurring within the same year; if yellow prevails, it points to illness, weakness, or physical distress; and if green is most prominent, it signifies safety, harmony, protection, and lasting tranquillity. Seeing a rainbow can also indicate marriage, union, or the coming together of two opposing sides. When a rainbow appears on the right side in a dream, it denotes blessings, divine favor, and goodness, while its appearance on the left side signifies prosperity, abundance, and a fruitful harvest. For a poor person, seeing a rainbow on the right side foretells wealth and relief from hardship, whereas for a rich person it may indicate temporary difficulties or passing trials. A rainbow may further represent extraordinary events, marvels, sudden changes in authority, or even a military coup, and if it is accompanied by thunder, the dream points to war, unrest, or violent upheaval.
