At the same time, seeing a quail can point to wholesome sustenance, the fulfillment of supplications, protection from misfortune, or triumph over hardship. In the science of dream interpretation, a quail may also indicate a person with two faces. If someone devoted to leisure or pastime hears or seeks the call of a quail in a dream, it suggests gains from doubtful means, income from poetry, singing, or gambling, or the wasteful loss of wealth. In this context, the quail may further allude to a grave offense that carries the penalty of execution or lifelong imprisonment.
