Recognizing the nature of the plant, reflecting upon its qualities, and returning to its innate meaning suggests discernment, self-awareness, and correction of one’s understanding. Entering a field of sprouts points to marriage into the family that owns the land or the formation of a business partnership with them. Bartering green sprouts for bread indicates aversion to poverty and a desire for security, while eating cooked sprouts denotes benefits, usefulness, and advantage in all matters.
