Islamic Interpretation
The loss of one eye in a dream can signify the forfeiture of half one's possessions, the dissolution of a marriage, negligence in fulfilling religious duties, the commission of a grave sin, or misspending a significant portion of one's life. To be sightless in a single eye may also denote anticipation and hope for an awaited event, or the loss of a brother or a son. For a devout and diligent individual, such a vision affirms the sincerity of his belief. Should a wicked, corrupt, or deceitful person experience this dream, it warns of tribulation, a potentially fatal illness, the loss of a hand in misfortune, or the departure of a wife, sister, partner, or divine favor, leading to impiety.
