Consuming wine that contains no alcohol in a dream denotes anguish, grief, a miserable existence, penury, or unforeseen financial outlay. In a vision, partaking of non-alcoholic wine also symbolizes permissible wealth gained through one's labor and exertion. Conversely, drinking fermented beverages in a dream signifies money obtained through harsh speech and contention, and for a ruler in his dream, it presages the loss of his position.
