Shaving, trimming, or grooming one’s moustache in a dream signifies reducing burdens and worries. A moustache may also symbolize money. A poorly cut moustache indicates an accident or financial loss. Having an unusually long moustache signifies opposing common ways, an illness that prevents eating solid food, or engaging in religious innovation. An excessively long and unattractive moustache points to hardship, sorrow, distress, alcoholism, withholding others’ rights, refusing to give charity, or neglecting the obligatory alms. For someone accustomed to shaving, removing the moustache signifies comfort and relief from grief. If a person dislikes shaving but sees himself doing so, it indicates loss of status, a damaged reputation, poverty, or business decline. A short or thin moustache signifies weakness or laziness.
