In a dream, a headache symbolizes sins. Experiencing a headache in a dream calls for repentance, abandoning wrongful behavior, giving charity, observing voluntary fasting, seeking spiritual seclusion, or striving to perform righteous deeds. A headache also represents distress, sorrow, or unhappiness in one’s life. It may further symbolize one’s employer or authority figure. If a person who suffers from migraines while awake sees his temples turned into iron in a dream, it signifies recovery and healing from the illness.
