(Animal skin ailment, Infectious disease) In a dream, manginess symbolizes pestilence or widespread illness. If one sees himself afflicted by it and suffering from itching, yet without pus or foul discharge from the sores, it indicates that his worries and hardships stem from his children or close relatives. When the entire body is affected by manginess in a dream, it signifies troubles arising from friends or the workplace. If the affliction appears on the right hand or the cheek, the adversity will come from one’s clan or kin. If it strikes the left hand, the troubles will originate from a business partner or a brother. When the disease produces pus in the dream, it points to money gained with great effort that will also bring distress. For a poor person, such an illness denotes money, while for a wealthy person it may signify authority or leadership. In this sense, manginess or similar skin ailments in dreams imply less harm than other diseases. If an employee dreams of having such a skin disorder, it means he is unfit to remain in that job. If the one afflicted is his son, it means the son will oppose his father regarding an undesirable companionship. If it is his wife, it means she is involved in a disgraceful matter that will bring shame upon the entire family.
