Islamic Interpretation
Walking with a limp in a vision signifies becoming disabled or failing to complete an undertaking. It may also represent gaining knowledge, deepening religious comprehension, or increasing in wisdom. Limping can additionally signify embarking on a journey. If the limp involves the right leg, it may indicate that one's son will fall ill. If it affects the left leg, it could mean one's daughter will become betrothed. For someone without children or travel plans, limping serves as a caution to pause, proceed cautiously, and deliberate the next step. A dislocated leg suggests one's wife may become unwell. Limping can also denote a long life, acquired knowledge, and religious insight. Observing a woman limping indicates receiving something incomplete or flawed; the same applies if a woman sees someone limping or hopping on one foot in her vision. Limping may further symbolize deception, treachery, or betrayal. (Also see Lameness)
