A kiss in a dream signifies fulfilling a need, wish, or desire, and it may also denote overcoming or subduing an adversary. Kissing or embracing a man with desire indicates obtaining from him what one seeks to gain. When the kiss is lustful, it points to achieving benefits, acquiring knowledge, or attaining guidance. A friendly kiss suggests that the recipient will gain advantage from the one who kissed him, learn from him, or acquire new insight through him. Kissing a child represents affection, care, and compassion toward that child. Kissing a servant implies seeking the friendship of her master or employer. Kissing a married woman reflects an attempt to befriend her husband. Kissing a person in authority signifies taking over his role or position. Kissing a judge indicates that one’s testimony will be accepted, while a judge kissing someone shows that the latter will prevail in a legal matter or benefit from him, and the same applies if a leader or superior kisses someone. Kissing one’s father means mutual benefit. Kissing one’s son passionately signifies saving wealth for him or establishing a business on his behalf, whereas a gentle kiss to one’s son denotes receiving happiness or money from him or his mother. Kissing someone between the eyes signifies marriage. Kissing another’s eyes points to pursuing both heterosexual and homosexual desires and serves as a warning to abandon such forbidden and harmful conduct before being afflicted by an unknown illness. Kissing one’s beloved on the mouth symbolizes money. Kissing a woman indicates desire for her or receiving news from a loved one. Kissing an elderly woman suggests offering an apology or feeling remorse for a careless remark. Kissing a young girl means drinking wine. When a scholar kisses a beautiful woman, it may represent reciting the Qur’an or speaking wisdom, but if he is attached to worldly pleasures, the woman symbolizes the world itself. Kissing God’s right Hand signifies performing the pilgrimage to Mecca and kissing the Black Stone. Kissing God Almighty represents kissing the Holy Qur’an or God’s sacred Name, while seeing God Almighty kissing the dreamer means acceptance of his deeds. Kissing an adorned woman or sleeping with her indicates marriage to a wealthy widow. Kissing a known deceased person means benefiting from his knowledge or inheriting from him, whereas kissing an unknown dead person means receiving unexpected money or dealing with his heirs. If a deceased person kisses someone, it points to unforeseen benefits. Lustfully kissing a dead person signifies fulfilling desires or completing a matter.
