(Lunacy, Frenzy, Madness, Mental disturbance) Within a dream, madness or any related state signifies affluence, virtue, and honor. Such a vision can also denote a craving for earthly pleasures, celebrations, or social enjoyment for those who pursue such engagements. If one behaves without reason due to some life event in the dream, it signifies gains acquired through usurious means. Observing oneself in a state of profound joy and exhilaration in a vision suggests entry into paradise. Broadly, madness corresponds to profits that match the extent of one's irrational conduct in the dream. The intensity of the madness witnessed may foretell the magnitude of forthcoming wealth. Yet, such riches will likely be expended in wrongful pursuits and in the fellowship of a corrupt associate. Dreaming of insanity can also be understood as coming into an inheritance. A son's madness in a father's dream represents advantages for the father. A woman's madness in a vision indicates a bountiful harvest for that year. This condition in a dream is also interpreted as being consumed by passionate love.
