To fall in a dream represents hopelessness or frustration, or committing an error that cannot be concealed. It also points to a decline in circumstances from favorable to unfavorable, a failed marriage, or replacing one spouse with another. Falling can further indicate a change of occupation, homeland, or faith. In some cases, falling carries an opposite implication and leads to beneficial outcomes, such as falling onto green pasture, into a righteous group, or among people gathered for a feast, which then holds a positive sign. Conversely, falling into corrupt company, a predator’s lair, or similar places signifies harmful results and may also reflect miserliness. If one dreams of falling from the roof of his house and breaking an arm or leg, it denotes inner anguish, financial hardship, the end of a friendship, or suffering oppression from local authorities.
