Having both the hand and heels severed suggests moral decline, withdrawing from spiritual gatherings, infertility, or being relieved of parental duties. Losing one’s nose or ear may reflect punishment, hardship, or being cut off from someone's news. Cutting off the tongue signals the collapse of one’s argument or being unable to make requests.
