Preparing food over flames in a dream indicates reaching an objective or fulfilling an aim. If one observes himself cooking over fire and the dish is properly done, it foretells accomplishment and renown. Conversely, if the food remains uncooked, it signals failure to achieve the desired end. Cooking in a vision also means stirring up significant affairs. Well-prepared food signifies financial gain and profit. The difficulty of cooking raw meat suggests involvement in an undertaking that will not come to fruition; if it does cook and one partakes of it, success is assured. Preparing mutton signifies an upright life, generosity, and legitimate earnings. Cooking beef points to a life of ease supported by the work of artisans. Cooking lion meat suggests attaining authority over oppressive individuals, though it requires constant wariness and a life of anxiety. Cooking dog meat denotes managing a base occupation. Including fat in the cooking implies ill-gotten gains; without fat, it indicates a demeaning job with continued poverty. Cooking a bird signifies administering an enterprise or gaining lawful income through association with the affluent and respected.
