Sailing aboard an unfamiliar vessel, steering it, or issuing commands to its crew foretells marrying a woman from the land associated with that boat, or alternatively conducting trade in that region. Travelling on a ferry in a dream indicates divine mercy and compassion when facing peril. A boat further symbolizes one's kin and family members. Accordingly, the weather conditions observed in the sky during the voyage or passage by boat will appear in the dreamer's household.
