Islamic Interpretation
A nosebleed in a dream signifies illicit gain or may indicate a miscarriage. If the dreamer perceives the bleeding as beneficial, they will receive advantages from a superior at work; if perceived as harmful, loss will come from that same quarter. For a person in authority, the outcome corresponds to their perception. A nosebleed can also denote robust health or the rectification of one's religious and spiritual conduct. The interpretation depends greatly on the dreamer's subjective feeling: distress or weakness suggests impoverishment. Blood staining one's garments points to receiving unlawful money or committing a sin; unstained garments suggest escape from a committed wrong. Blood dripping onto the road signifies the regular payment of alms distributed to the poor.
