Islamic Interpretation
In a dream, a bite represents betrayal, deep-seated bitterness, or an intense affection for the person who is bitten. Should one bite themselves and then spit out a fragment of their own flesh, it signifies speaking ill of others and disparaging them. Biting one's own fingers indicates remorse for an outburst of wrath or fury. If the fingers bleed from such a bite, it foretells trials arising from one's own failings. A bite can also symbolize severe anger. Being bitten by another person portends initial joy and prosperity in one's career, later followed by affliction such as sickness, inflammation of the eyes, or cardiac issues.
