Seeing oneself bald suggests that one’s superior may suffer financial losses through official penalties or destructive events such as fire. It may also indicate hardship or, for someone in debt, repayment of what is owed. If a person watches his hair recede until bald, it implies a decline in wealth or diminishing respect among people. Sitting beside a bald woman means taking part in a venture clouded by suspicion, or facing temptation. A bald woman can also represent famine or shortage. Baldness may further denote income gained from a superior that demands strenuous effort and proves costlier than its worth.
